Following Tamil Genocide denial by Dr. Subramanian Swamy in the Press, Bruce Fein, attorney for Tamils Against Genocide (TAG), has challenged Dr. Swamy to a public debate in a format of his choice to defend his position. Dr. Swamy is the co-founder of India's Janata party and a former Indian Union Minister for Commerce Law and Justice.
The challenge has been forwarded to Dr Swamy in fax, and in express mail, and TAG has contacted BBC asking if BBC is interested in hosting the debate if Dr Swamy accepts the challenge. Fein told TamilCanadian that Dr Swamy can contact him, or to TAG's e-mail (TAGdesk@gmail.com) in response to the letter published below.
Fein told TamilCanadian that he awaits Dr Swamy's acceptance of this challenge by contacting him directly, through TAG e-mail (TAGdesk@gmail.com) as in the attached letter or through other private channels that had initiated and publicized this challenge.
